Welcome to the Chief Seattle Council camp rental system. Whether you are part of a BSA Scouting, youth non-profit, religious, school, or military group we are pleased you are considering us for your next conference or camp out activity.
A minimum 10% deposit is required for all groups to confirm their reservation. Online credit card payments, e-checks or mail-in checks are accepted. The balance is due by rental date.
BSA Groups: Use the BSA Online Rental Reservations portal for each camp to complete your reservation.
Non-BSA Groups: Groups not part of BSA need to use the Non-BSA Group Online Rental Request system for each camp to make a rental request. This is a request only. You will then be contacted by the Camping Department to make arrangements. Non-BSA groups will also need to provide proof of insurance.
Any group using any of our camps' kitchen facilities will need to provide their own food services. Food handler permits are required.

Below is the information and the portals to the registration systems for each of our camp facilities. For camp rental guidelines, read the Chief Seattle Council Camp Rental Guidebook.
The reservation system and fees are for 2019 - 2020. If you are interested in dates beyond 2020, contact the Camping Department at firstname.lastname@example.org or 206-725-0361.
Situated at the foothills of the Cascade mountain range about 1 hour north of Seattle in Snohomish County, our Cub Scout camp, Camp Edward, offers a great location for youth activities. The camp features a newly renovated dining hall, waterfront, play fields, nature trails and a fantastic craft lodge. Cub World (fort, mine and tower) is also available for use. Campsites include campfire pit, 8-person cabins with bunks and screened windows, or plenty of space to pitch tents. Private shower and restroom facilities are centrally located nearby all campsites. Staff cabins are also available for rent.
Camp Edward is very popular with rental groups, so early reservations are strongly advised.

Camp Parsons is situated on the Olympic Peninsula "where the mountains meet the sea". A true getaway experience with stunning scenery, Camp Parsons is one of the oldest Scout camps in the US, providing wilderness adventure to Scouts and Scouters since 1919. Facilities range from the historic Silver Marmot Grill (now office and meeting room) to the beautiful new dining hall with state-of-the-art kitchen.
Campsites feature either rustic open-air shelters with bunks, "stents" (wooden tent structures), or open areas to pitch tents. Showers and flush toilet facilities are nearby. Staff cabins and medic's lodge are also available.

Located at the foot of the Cascade Range near Camp Edward, Camp Pigott is set on its own lake, featuring modern facilities such as a spacious dining hall with fully equipped kitchen, beautiful campfire bowl, and central building with private restrooms with showers. Each campsite has either Adirondack shelters with bunks, stents (wooden tent shelters), or space to pitch your own tents, plus flush toilet facilities nearby. Staff cabins and yurts are also available.

Camp Sheppard is located in the spectacular Cascade Mountains in Mt. Rainier National Park, just minutes from Crystal Mt. ski area. Cliffs tower overhead, pristine waterfalls can be found nearby on hiking trails, and giant elk freely roam the meadows. Visitors stay in heated cabins with bunks, and may enjoy hiking or games in the cozy lodge. The lodge features a dining hall and modern kitchen. Restrooms with showers are centrally located from the cabins.

**Due to Winter Camp sessions, Camp Sheppard is not available for rental on weekends from the 1st weekend in January to the 4th weekend in March.

COPE and Climbing Tower
Located at Camp Pigott, Chief Seattle Council state-of the-art COPE and Climbing Wall courses offer a team-building and personal initiative program for Scouting teenagers and their leaders. COPE and climbing activities help units learn to work more effectively as teams while providing youth a safe place to challenge themselves to perform their best.
To request your rental all groups (BSA and Non-BSA) must enter the COPE & Climbing Rental Request portal and select the dates and facilities they wish to rent. This is a request ONLY. The COPE & Climbing director will contact you to make arrangements
